The Benefits of Drinking Lemon Water
There is one thing I do every morning that helps me start my day feeling good – I drink an eight-ounce glass of warm lemon water. It’s so simple, but it really makes me feel great.

- Hydration: It can be really hard to get in the full recommended amount of water every day, so starting out with 8 ounces makes me feel like I’m on the right track each morning. I find I often make healthier choices all day when I start out strong.

- Fresh Breath: The natural, essential oils in lemons help to clean your mouth and freshen your breath.
- Helps Digestion: Drinking warm lemon water in the morning will help to get your digestive system moving.
- Flush Toxins: Lemon juice helps to clean the liver and flush toxins from your system. It’s also credited with helping to prevent kidney stones.
- Promotes Healing: The vitamin C in lemons is an anti-inflammatory, which can help your body recover from stress or injury.
