Red, White, and Blue in Style! How do you wearFourth of July in Style?
First, let’s talk about how you define theFourth of July? Also, known as Independence Day.The Fourth of July is an annual event to celebrate the adoption of the United States declaration over 241 years ago. With that comes “fireworks” and festivities! People ask why the fireworks? Well, before the declaration was signed “fireworks” were visualized to be apart of the celebration.
Of course, as time went on the Fourth of July, started to become commercialized just like any other holiday. What does that mean? Let’s take a moment and think about Valentines Day? Also, known as Feast of St. Valentine. Think about what this means to you? Is Valentines day recognized as a well known christian feast? Celebrating one or more of the early saints, such as Valentinus? Or does it meangreeting cards, hearts, candy, love, music, flowers, and much more?
Of course, there is no right or wrong answer here! Yes, there is the traditional definition of federal or non-federal holidays but on the other hand there is a commercialized version. Typically, this means shopping for all the fun party supplies. Seeing all the holiday #ads and shopping all the sales.
