It’s great to be comfortable when you are spending the day at home. It’s super easy to fall into the pajamas all day trap. We’ve all been there at least once, right? Pajamas, a pint of ice cream, binging your favorite show on Netflix? That’s why Saturdays were created. And that’s totally fine every once in a while, but I know I always feel better if I get up and get dressed in the morning. The key is finding comfortable clothes to wear at home, and with all of the super cute athleisure options out there, it’s really easy to do.
Building The Perfect Athleisure Wardrobe
Here are the athleisure pieces you must have in your closet to achieve comfort and style at home.
-
It Starts With The Leggings
When it comes to leggings, I’m always a Lululemon fan. The Align Pant is super comfortable, and it feels like butter. I do wear them for yoga (love the high waist), but they are also great for sitting in my living room and writing on Saturday mornings. If I venture out to the store, I usually pair with a cute tank, jacket, and sneakers. Denim jackets are a great way to pull together an athleisure look without minimal effort.

Joggers, For Days When You Don’t Love Your Leggings
There are some days when you want a little more room to relax. That’s why the fashion world created joggers. My new favorites are from the Z Supply line. TheCamo Pantsis soft, frenchy material and fits pretty true to size. The joggers come in both Camo Black and Camo Green. I really like the Camo Black as I seem to have a variety of black tops to pair it with. One of my other favorites is theZella Taryn Recycled Melange Jogger Pants. Who doesn’t love Zella? Right?

Tanks And Tops
I’m always on the look for a great tops that are casual and comfortable. The Core 10 Yoga Tank is great for yoga or for laying on the couch and reading my favorite magazines. I also love the Zella Twisty Turn Tee for days when I want something loose (this looks great with high-waisted leggings). And on days when I’m looking to layer, the Zella Madison Tank is perfect over a cute sports bra.

You Can Never Have Too Many Jackets
I mentioned pairing your leggings with a denim jacket above, but sometimes you just need a soft and cozy hoodie or jacket. I could live in the Press Pause Jacket from Lululemon. I also love the Lululemon Push Your Pace Jacket jacket for those days when I decide to leave the house for just a minute to run to the coffee shop or pick up something from the store.
With these four simple pieces, you are ready to relax at home while still feeling stylish!
