Tulips Everywhere
One of the things I most look forward to in spring is the return of flowers. Flowers in my garden, floral print clothes, fresh cut flowers in my kitchen, and even flower festivals. As the coldness of winter fades away, I’m ready for all of the flowers.
My favorite flower is the tulip. One great thing about living in Washington is that I’m within driving distance of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. They have amazing fields of tulips every year – it’s paradise for a tulip lover (or anyone with an Instagram account, really) – and they have lots of great events related to the festival in April that you can also attend. I’m hoping to make a trip out there this year to enjoy my favorite flowers.
I’m also looking at adding some new floral prints to my closet this year, and I’ve found a few things with tulips that I’m very excited about!
Cute Tulip Print Clothes I’m Loving Right Now [h2]
- Velvet by Graham & Spencer – Tulip Tie Sleeve Dress: This dress has a great silhouette, and I love the tie sleeve detail. They also have a blouse in this print with a cap sleeve that looks great.
- Tulip Print Sleeveless Portofino Shirt: The bold colors give this fun a shirt a slight retro vibe that I’m really loving.
- Halogen Tulip Pattern Wide Leg Crop Pants: If you need a new favorite pair of pants that you can wear to work and beyond, you need these pants in your closet. I really like the sash. There is also a striped version of these that I’m eyeing for spring. If cropped pants aren’t your thing, you can get a blouse or a dress in the same print.
- Tulip Printed Ruffle Sleeve Wrap hi-Lo Maxi Dress: I’m pretty sure this is going to be my new, favorite dress this spring. It’s perfectly flowy, and it has a little snap-clip in the front to hold that v-neck in place.
Do you have a favorite spring flower you are excited to see this year?
