I have a few tips to help keep your skin beautiful, and information about a new product I recently received from Tanceuticalsto share with you.
1. Drinking Water Keeps Your Skin Beautiful
Water is not only good for your body and health, it is very beneficial to your skin, too. Drink water to help keep your skin hydrated and radiant. It also helps remove and flushes out the harmful toxins.
2. Antioxidants And Vitamins Keep Your Skin Beautiful
Antioxidants protect your skin by limiting the production of free radicals which can damage living cells. Vitamins also help you keep your skin beautiful. Vitamin E can help boost collagen production and support new cell growth. It also helps to protect and repair your skin.

In addition to drinking water, it’s important to moisturize your skin from the outside. I use moisturizing lotion on my skin every day. It can be as simple as using Jergens, Ultra Healing.
4. Don’t Let The Sunshine In
Too much exposure to the sun can result in wrinkles, age spots, loss of elasticity, and even skin cancer. This is why it’s so important to wear sunscreen anytime you are going outside.
Now, I can hear you asking, “What about my tan?” I understand completely. I love having a great tan, but I don’t love exposing my skin to the sun when I can avoid it. This is why I was excited to try the dark Self Tanning Body Mousse from Tanceuticals. You are supposed to massage it into your skin in a circular motion for about 6-7 minutes before you get dressed. I definitely noticed a darkening to my skin while using it, and it was a great way to get a tan without streaks, blotches, or sun exposure.
